They said 75% of kickstarter orders will be delivered by the end of May. My forecast for indiegogo orders should be reasonable, hoping that there are no further delays.
I really can’t imagine July - August for Indegogo, which is a shame as I’m on that list. Just hope before Christmas

Unfortunately we faced quite some delays on the Dwarf supply chain and consequently production due to the COVID situation a the lockdowns all around the world (we are still facing a bit). This delayed our delivery plans.
Currently we are fulfilling the beta pledges from Kickstarter, soon after we will move into all the other Kickstarter pledges and after that all the other pre-orders. Mid/end of summer is a more safe date to estimate for now.
We understand how uncomfortable the situation is (it’s actually super uncomfortable also for us), but unfortunately we can’t control if the factories for the Dwarf parts are allowed or not to work, and even if we are allowed or not to come to the office and get the production/fulfilment work done.
Hopefully all this world situation will get better and that will allow us to be more accurate with our estimations (fingers crossed on that!). Until then we just can ask you to keep patience!
As the beta testers are reporting, it seems to be really worth it! We are also really happy with the Dwarf

Lots of options. I have a spot on my Temple board, but I’m not sure if I’m going to run it as stereo or split it using the 4 cable method with the effects loop. Can’t wait to start playing with it.

Jon, I totally understand the uncertainty around your supply and the time to assemble. I’m prepared to wait as the product seems well worth it. I however am moving (and not within the country I ordered from) in early August. Is there some way I can get in touch with you to discuss options for changing my shipping? Thanks.

Can we get some updated metrics re: betas being sent out? Week or so ago I think I saw ~40? Maybe provide X of X have been sent out, with X more being planned to send by X. I am on the same page as the others where we understand there has been delays outside of Mod’s control, but we are almost 7 months behind schedule and still being given snippets of information with no real details.

Hi @Randalhicks, once again, I totally understand you.
Unfortunately, since the last time we talked and I gave you the number, no Dwarf was shipped.
We will most certainly later today publish a Kickstarter/Indiegogo update where we explain why we didn’t ship any (in detail) and also what kept us busy (pretty a lot of things happened on the software side of things).

Now we are solidly in April, are you now manufacturing the main batch of dwarf’s as outlined in your last update 2 weeks ago. Appreciate you are still having issues but be nice to know either way. Im an Indegogo backer feeling left out.
Any news would be great.

Hey Austin, the update referred a pilot production and not the main batch. This is a pilot production with our manufactor partner (rather than being assembled in our office as it happens with the betas).
That pilot production is scheduled to happen in the next 2 weeks.
You are not being left out, just all the schedule went out because to join on the normal issues find on early stages of a new product development we got a world pandemic that caused huge issues on our supply chain and production. Believe me that we would love to have you all already using your MOD Dwarf and watch/listen the wonders that you can do with it. But unfortunately some things are beyond our scope and control.

So are the all the beta units supposed to be delivered by the end of April still? Seems I recall reading that date.
Mine is sitting with UPS for 10 days in Germany. UPS referenced German Covid Lockdowns as reasoning. Not holding my breath it gets delivered in April.
Dang. Well at least yours shipped. I’m in the US and have yet to receive a notification. At this point, I fear you’re probably right and this is going to slip into the summer. Hard to believe I initially backed this project in Feb of 2020…

Not sure if they will arrive still in April, but we are doing our best to still ship them during April.
Currently, we are fixing some bugs on the self-test of the MOD Dwarf. As soon as that is done we will test all the units in the office and most certainly the majority will be ready to go.
