Voucher issue

Hello @Andrea_Stefanello,

Yes. I saw your emails and have been trying to get some feedback.
Vouchers are still missing for the latest backers that received the device and that is due to some mess that happened in our database. It should be fixed soon and you will receive the vouchers.
The process is manual so hence this delay.

Sorry for not had answered yet the email, I have been literally on it this morning.

@jon I’ve sent you a mail as well but it was on an address from before the MOD reboot so I’m not sure if it is still in use.

My voucher doesn’t seem to be working either so I assume it is in the same batch as @Andrea_Stefanello 's voucher.

We set the old email addresses to redirect to the new ones and I actually saw your email already.
Last days were quite busy and I needed to ask a couple of questions around in order to answer you, so that’s why I still didn’t answer - sorry for that.
If not today, early next week I will get back to you over there.
