Yeah, I was wondering about that.
Maybe in 5-10 years we could team up. I’ve been toying with the idea of an (First Nations) instrument making company.
Partially because my personal collection of basses and guitars is a little out there and I don’t have a one for one backup of anything. lol.
I’d like to see further refined, high end units in production. A few pieces that, sure at the core can do anything, but the interfaces and form factors are tailored towards specific use cases.
A little limitation helps provide focus and a good work flow.
Also, it’d be nice to have a related project rivaling the Luminite MIDI controller suite but, free software & OSHW.
