Dwarf stuck on the startup screen

Hello,
unfortunately, I was unable to find a working solution through the search function.

My Mod DWARF is stuck on the startup screen.
The Dwarf seems to start completely, as the sound and effect are audible. However, the display only shows the MOD DWARF logo.
The knobs and footswitches are unresponsive. I can access the Dwarf via the web interface and load and create pedalboards.
Settings, backups, etc., also work. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps (firmware update, firmware reset, restore, etc.) without success.

The Dwarf only seems to get stuck at the “reflashing controller” screen. The web interface only displays “reflashing,” and the LEDs on the Dwarf are lit. Can anyone please help?

Hello Peter,

so if I understood well, you already tried to reflash the HMI via webGUI. Correct?

Also, how did this issue start to happen?

Hello, thank you very much for your reply.
It was working fine the day before. The next day it simply wouldn’t turn on.
I’m currently in contact with Noao Neves.

Let’s keep it under support and see if we can work out a solution.
