I’m also very happy to hear that shipping is starting. It’s great news and I’m sure cause for celebration at MOD HQ. I chose option #1 not because my patience is running out but because I’ve actually got some gigs in the diary after 15 months of lockdowns and I’d like to use the Dwarf on them!
I’m a regular Kickstarter backer in the high 400s, so staying realistic about when I might actually receive the Dwarf. My survey response is simply based on my preference, not a indication that I’m about to cancel or anything.
Yes, I have the same concerns. Please share more details about the exclusive color and laser engraving as soon as possible. I need those for filling the surveys. Thanks!

Not at all. We want to start evaluating the results of the survey already next week. If there are still much answers missing we will move with those who answered us first and according to their answers.

Take it as a personal invitation to share videos, feedback, etc. of your experience with the Dwarf on the gigs when they come. You may turn out being the first person in the world using a MOD Dwarf on a live gig
Go ahead and answer with the option that you prefer (if it’s that one, choose it). We will most certainly get back to those backers to get feedback on the type of customisation, probably with a second survey.
I hope the footswitch or other “small accessories” will be available in the store again.
Currently you can only find the dwarf, the Duo X and a bag there - none of that will make sense for me to use the coupon on (chose option 2)…
Indiegogo backer here. Thanks for answering questions. I have to confess that not knowing the customization prior to the survey doesn’t help to make a decision. I’m not in a hurry so I could choose the 3rd option to be accommodating but if a color I dislike is chosen, I’d rather go for the black (which is cool) and wait less.
I have a suggestion : as the only hurry is for those who want the 1st option, maybe you could wait for the customization to be decided before taking the answers for the 2nd and 3rd options. For instance, you could leave the survey open until you can propose the definitive customization.
Just to shine some light on the “Custom laser engraving” and “Exclusive colour”. I have a rough idea of how this will be but it can also change based on feedback from you guys as well as from our team.
Firstly I want to let you know that all crowdfunded units already have laser engravings which indicate that they are crwodfunded units. So you will all recieve a unit with a level of exclusivity already
Then this will be like a special crwodfunded edition
Custom Laser engraving
This will most likely be an additional piece of text on the back on the device and probably also the bottom.
Exclusive Colour
Since the engravings are a white/silver colour which contrasts well with the black powdercoating, the “Exclusive colour” should also be quite dark. It will likely be quite subtle like a Gunmetal Grey or something along those lines but it will be enough to be distinguishable from the normal crowdfunded edition
Thanks for sharing your ideas. I like the suggested color. A dark grey would be perfect, staying on the classy side with a neutral color that won’t clash with the leds colors and adding a bit of contrast with the black buttons.
Thanks for the answer. Now it’s a matter of how your answer lands in the prioritization cue (meaning, if you answer to receive it early, it will just depend for now on the amount of people that requested it and your pledge type)
I know that the survery was made to be fast but not all answers was clear. For example: we still don’t have list of paid plugins in the store. I also wanted to purchase premium plugins but I couldn’t do it separately through Indiegogo, and You wasn’t able to help me with that

I was one of the very first who backed you in the Kickstarter on this project. As of today, you are playing dead on the delivery schedule.
I need to know if you already shipped my device and it got lost, or when at any time you plan to ship it, else i assume this company is hard cheating on us and I start taking action.
