Fresh jam with my Dwarf - all effects aside from the Whammy coming from the Dwarf and going into Live which I’m looping bits and pieces in - hope you enjoy

Well I finally got some time!

I will just say that I love this MDX, and the envelopes work exactly as intended. I can get so much more utility out of my stregas just messing with the envelopes I assigned to the device.

I worked on a couple of tracks this morning, but this one I really enjoyed working on for some reason.

Super simple jam with the tracker using 3 notes (C, D, and A), 6 tracks, 4 samples, 2 stregas, and the MDX.

MDX board is simple.

Audio: Input->Shiroverb->phantomzone->pinpong pan->output

CV: gate in->AMS Envelope->gate out

Anyway, the video is a seizure warning for sure, the visuals were a bit more harsh than I anticipated.

Hope you all are well, and having a great holiday season!

Thanks @QuestionMarc and @plutek !

It’s nice to have some time to sit down and explore my gear again lol

It’s dumping snow outside, so I’m trapped inside and hopefully will be working on some more stuff throughout the day.

This dual strega set up is really awesome for creating sonic soundscapes, I wish my bluebox had an auto-panning feature so I can explore the edges of the space a bit more.

I’m still waiting to snag the TTaP and Looperlative plugins, but am looking forward to seeing what that will bring to my little strega coven haha

Very helpful video, Elk Wrath. Thanks! Some of us acoustic instrumentalists need a bit of hand-holding through the basics of operating the equipment. Tutorials are always good to have.

(I can’t tell if the forum threading makes it clear which video I’m responding to … it’s the ā€œhow to build a pedalboard & map parametersā€ one. )

Hi Glumph!

Super glad that video helped you out!

Eventually I’ll record a new one and try to keep it short and sweet next time.

Let me know if you have questions, and if I can answer it for you, I’ll do my best.

Hope all is well!

Thanks. Your video and this one helped me out a good deal:

Thanks Kim!

I belive Turby wants to remix this last track. I am gonna send him the raw file today when I get a chance to respond to him. It’ll be cool to see what he does with it!

Dub techno inspired jam with the MC707. ModDuoX is the main FX tool and is used both as a mixing and mastering tool and as a midi processor.

@Domicidre,

All I can say is: :drooling_face::drooling_face::drooling_face::drooling_face::drooling_face::drooling_face::drooling_face::drooling_face::drooling_face::drooling_face::drooling_face: (There is a drooling emoji after all!)

You could have gone for another 2 hours and I wouldn’t notice time going by. Excellent work. Keep it coming!

Happy new year all - here’s my first MOD Dwarf-related jam of 2022 - hope you enjoy - I recorded all tracks live from my bass + Dwarf, Digitakt & Digitone into Live - but all effects on the bass are just from the Dwarf and there are no VSTs on the synths etc
