I have the both the MOD Duo and the Dwarf, and since i got the latter I haven’t used my Duo as much. Recently I built a small pedalboard involving my MOD Duo and when setting it up I get a message that “Our commercial plugin store is offline now, sorry for the inconvenience”. I can still update existing plugins (at least it looks like it works), but every interaction brings up that message.
So just curious to see if the store will be taken ‘online’ again?
Which firmware version are you running?
I believe that issue was solved a long time ago, but it required an update.
There is anyway a new firmware out, so best to try and be on the latest version: Releases - MOD Wiki
That could be it! All times I’ve updated it has been a little pop-up when opening the web GUI that there’s a new update, but ut hasn’t showed so I didn’t think of that!

For the Duo there will no longer be automated updates, so this will have to be done manually from now on
