Using audio to cv .. to midi?

Hi all…is there any way to convert the audio from the guitar into a signal to trigger any of the midi input plugins? Im guessing not, as its not being talked about .

The simplest way to do that is to use the Cardinal Mini plugin :

With Cardinal Mini now in beta, that might be easier to handle vs the custom blocks with CV mappings and should have less latency in the end too. See DISTRHO - Cardinal Mini for the cardinal-mini discussion I have not tried this, but the idea is to just set up something like this: [image]

Keep in mind that the result is far from perfect, as it’s often the case in audio to MIDI conversion.
