I’m trying to use midisport (M-Audio) compatible usb-midi devices with my MOD units and need firmware, loaders and udev rules.
Could we add these to the firmware builds, or how can we at least add them manually?

For specifically the midisport I managed to get it to work on my Dwarf.
Built the fxload tool using MPB and used the same config and firmware files as from the debian non-free package.
I wonder which other (midi) devices might need such firmware. We can compile a list to see which ones maybe can be added to the default MOD firmware.
Midisport/M-Audio devices are very common though, in our shared studio at the hackerspace we have 3 different ones and at home I have at least one more.
