I’ve had a little problem with my Mod Dwarf and I can’t get anyone to answer me about a little washer??

Normally, they reply pretty quickly to any polite message. Maybe something important is keeping them busy atm. It’s a very small company, so that happens sometimes.

What’s your problem?
