The idea is present a quick overview / sanity check summary on the display(s) that could be dismissed via press of footswitch or knob. This could be an optional feature enabled in settings. Further control could allow for user selection of summary items for display.
How it would work:
Once the Duo has finished booting and initializing services, the display would show a summary of information about the current state:
- Current Bank (if any)
- Current Pedalboard
- Connected devices
- Levels for In and Out
- CPU
- In / Out connected?
Once any of the controls are pressed, the display would resume normal current pedalboard display. It might be nice to access this summary during operation, for example it could be an optional third screen on the tuner view.
