Switch between JCVM settings with one press

I currently have a chain with a switchbox to switch between to JCVMs. One set to crunch, the other to lead*,* the eq settings also vary a little.
That is my, very CPU heavy approach until now.

So my question is: Does anyone know if I can switch between the two settings on 1 JCVM, instead of having 2 JCVMs to save CPU usage?

I might also mention that saving the preset of the JCVM and switching via that creates a small delay when switching. With the switchbox the change is seamless, which is something I really appreciate.

You should look into “Snapshots”.

Scroll down to: Saving / loading pedalboard snapshots

I know about Snapshoots and use them, but for this case, they just don’t fit.
When I turn on chorus/reverb or whatever effect and switch to the lead snapshoot, those effects will get also be overwritten.

A different view to my problem would be: I want that only affects my JVCM in my chain, without the small delay when for example changingthe JVCM models

I was suggesting to use presets, but then i saw your edit of the first post… So, al I can suggest so save CPU is add a portal plugin after the two amps. It will slightly increase the latency but less than doubling the frame size
