It would be helpful if I could leave some sticky notes on a board which is visible in the browser. For example when a board is not finished and I want to leave my latest thoughts before I stopped designing. Or when there are alternative options for mapping I want to remember.

This will be made possible with a new plugin API we are preparing, that allows GUIs to send arbitrary messages to the host/plugin side and vice-versa.
I have one such plugin myself, where it has 100 pages and the page number can be addressed to a hw control. Mostly waiting for the API to be done.
Once we get file handling, this will very likely be possible to achieve too.
Just a few more months.
