I’m working on adding hierarchical filesystem navigation to the path selectors, so you can browse the tones you’ve organized into folders and subfolders on the Dwarf and not as a giant flat list.
What’s your opinion?
How do you organize your IRs and tone models (e.g. NAM) on the Dwarf filesystem?
Do you prefer a flat file list or a hierarchical one? And why?
This is the behavior I would have expected when using the Dwarf for the first time!
Hierarchical navigation would greatly improve the user experience when dealing with multiple presets for a specific amplifier, neatly organized into folders.
I don’t use a lot of IR but I would love to separate at least my acoustics ones to the amps ones…
So folders would be great !
Not sure sub-folders would be essential, but it may be useful.
haha! It needs some reframing…I don’t use a lot of IRs like that. I have a lot of IRs with different seetings (like microphones, presence settings and distance). and normally I play around with that
