The white plastic guide on my MOD DuoX’s USB A port has snapped at the base and come loose.
I discovered the piece was stuck inside a plug when I unplugged it, leaving the pins in the USB socket exposed.
For now, I’ve placed the broken guide back inside the socket, slotted in some cardboard and blocked the socket off with electrical tape. This will prevent any shorting of the USB pins.
I don’t really have the time to send the unit off for repairs. I’m handy with a soldering iron and have a background in elec eng,
Could someone let me know the replacement part number?
