Release 1.9.0-RC5

Hello all. This is yet another and hopefully final bugfix for the 1.9 release candidates.

We fixed a regression in the v1.9 series related to addressing trigger parameters to Control Chain or MIDI devices.
Also noticed that Duo X users updating from v1.8 had their audio mixer levels reset, now fixed. (Only applies to those that did not install an 1.9-RC yet)

Hopefully this is the final release candidate.
Unless we find a major issue, we will do the official 1.9 release end of next week.

Release 1.9.0-RC1

Hi there everyone, another major release is here - v1.9.0-RC1 aka “The X marks the spot”. This release finally enables the Duo X CV and EXP ports. We added a couple more things surrounding CV as well, so Duo users also have a reason to update. Please note that this is a release candidate.
