Sounds very nice though.

Is the sample recorded with an electric guitar or an acoustic one?

Reminds me that IK Multimedia has an “acoustic simulator” pedal in it’s Amplitube software:

It should simulate an acoustic guitar when playing an electric one.
A pedal like that should be handy, instead of a combination of 4 like the Railboard.
