Questions after a MOD DUO factory reset - purchases and presets?

Hi There,

I no longer have any of the factory presets on my MOD DUO… as seen in the Red Means Recording review.

If I restore the DUO using the factory reset image ( Factory Reset Images - MOD Wiki ), I understand that they will be installed with the operating system. I will backup my user pedalboards before I do so.

My questions are -

  • How do I get back my plugin purchases? I understand K-Devices TTAP is no longer in the store but I purchased it a while back.
  • If I load my backup after the process, will it over write the factory presets or will they be protected?
