the volume knob is just a dumb signal level control or is it part of the sound emulation? does it change the sound characteristics as a real amp?

The volume knob of the Onyx amplifier only acts on the general volume of the amplifier. It lowers or increases the volume without affecting the gain stage.
I regret that on my dwarf all changes in volume, mid, trebble, bass, gain, character settings do not immediately affect the sound.
For my part, it is still a good plugin.
