Late to the game here, but I wonder if deleting the license keys as explained by falkTX here would have also solved it:

Purchased pedals are in demo mode

likely the license keys from the old unit got copied, which are invalid for the new unit. go to advanced settings, dangerous, and pick to delete license keys [image] reloading the web gui will fetch them again.
