Power in Mexico

Hello,

Hoping some forum users can share any insights.

I have a run of gigs in Mexico coming up and I am going to be using my dwarf (along with the lehle vol pedal)

What do I need to consider power wise? Are the dwarfs for central America the same as the ones for Europe but with different power supplies? Do I just need a plug adapter or do I need some kind of transformer? Should I just buy a power supply when I get there?

This has not much to do with the Dwarf as such but rather the power supply.

Look on your current power supply. The label should indicate the input power supported, something like “120v - 240v” and 50hz or 60hz.

If that is the case, then all you need is a simple plug adapter.

If it says only “240v” 50hz, then you need a different power supply that supports America’s power system.

Basically yes. The MOD Dwarf is the same everywhere; just the power supply can vary depending on the location. Actually, not even exactly the power supply, but the power chord that connects the power supply to the socket.
If I’m not mistaken, when I was fulfilling the MOD Dwarf just for Japan, we were using a different power supply, merely due to regulations. Everywhere else was only a different power chord (according to the socket types).
