Pedalboard build nearly there!

Hi Peeps.
It’s been 10 months since I purchased my Mod Dwarf and I’m nearly ready to have my pedalboard built.

Is there anything I should know about upgrades and the like, given it’s been a while?

The power source for the pedalboard is a Zuma. Mod Dwarf has its own independent power , yes?

The guy doing the pedalboard is very much across much of this stuff and he did own a Mod Dwarf at one stage.

Thanks in advance for your comments.

Hey @Stickrad, you mean an actual physical pedalboard and not a virtual pedalboard inside the MOD Dwarf, right?

From the top of my head, there were no updates (on the OS level) in the last 10 months. Eventually, only new plugins. But even if there were some OS updates, it was minor (mostly with bug fixes).
There were no updates on the physical side and power supply requirements.

I’m not sure if I answered properly to your questions properly, but I’m also not sure what exactly your questions and goals are.

Hey Jon.

You’ve nailed it, thank you.

I have a physical pedalboard build, being finalised soon.
When you say OS is that the Mod Dwarf OS.?
I’m so used to seeing OS next to Apple branding.

I’ve yet to get a tablet to run Mod Dearf. It seems that I don’t need a very powerful tablet, as the processing power is within Mod itself.
Would you agree?

Your tablet does not have to be super powerful since all is running in a browser.

I currently use an older iPad 10.5 and it works great.

Great! You’re welcome

You should show it here when it’s ready

In practice, yes. The most correct is the MOD OS.

The tablet just works as a “window” inside the device. So anything that doesn’t lag with the browser should do the job.

Keep in mind that having a window browser opened will prevent some actions (e.g. changing pedalboard, possibly others) on the device or via midi
