Other device "earphone out" line to "input 2" in dwarf?

It may be a dumb question, but better safe than sorry :slight_smile:

Will my DWARF get damaged if i connect a “line out” or “earphone out” device to one of its input?

I would like to connect one of those cheap bluetooth adapters to send backing tracks from my phone and practice using only the dwarf, using earphones.

I run both line level and instrument level signals through my MOD units, not sure about headphone audio.

Have you considered loading your backing tracks into the dwarf itself and use the audio file player plugin?

It would save your second input and theoretically still achieve what you are attempting to accomplish

Thanks, I tried and nothing broke.

And about moving backing tracks into it, i will as soon as I figure a way to change their speed without altering their pitch… It should be possible using the x42-repitch plugin i use with ardour, but still haven’t digged into it

Any advice will be welcome
