Hi,
No sound is coming through Output 2 on my MDX. The LED lights up with the signal level, and bypass works ok - just no sound from pedalboards. I suspect faulty relay?
I’ve used the support form on your website as well as emailed support@mod.audio but I haven’t received a reply after many weeks.
Also, I have an old issue with a broken USB-A socket (previously posted about this on forum).
What are my options for having the unit repaired? I’m in Australia. I have an electrical engineering background and should be able to follow test instructions and possibly fix on my end (note I have limited test equipment - just a multimeter these days).
