just a lil thread for all of you who maybe asked themselves the same question as I did.
I’ve had a lil call with the focusrite support about the topic, if i can use my t-bone which needs phantom power and my mod dwarf in my Focusrite Scarlet 2i2 Gen3 together.
The supports said: yes.
Because phantom power is only active on those 3 XLR-Pin of the outer circle of those combo slots but not on the inner circle for 6.3mm line jacks.
It’s only dangerous for your Dwarf if you would go xlr into on of the scarlet 2i2 inputs while phantom Power is on.
I hope I could help one or another folk in this community who had the same anxiety as I had.
