¿Podrías usar el inglés para comunicarte con el equipo de Mod Audio? Esto permitiría una mejor gestión de su problema?

Please do it and give us your device serial number there as well.
Side note: as @Azza mentioned, our support is mostly provided in English, so if you can write in English (even using a translator) it will make it way easier for us to help you.

Ya he podido solucionar el problema, al reinstalar el firmware se ha desbloqueado. Gracias por su interés
