Looping with or without midi clock

Is there any plugin or option to make the Dwarf work as a kind of RC202?
What i mean is setting the midi tempo based on the lenght of the loop?

I don’t use loops, so it’s hard for me te see what you need, but did you try the @looperlative plugin ?

I’ve only manged usefully sync the dwarf to a RC-10r (midi RC->Dwarf), meaning than looperlative loops stay in sync with the rc drums and loops.

I totaly forgot that I already had the looperlative plugin on one of my boards for exactly this reason…
sometimes the brain is ……

I’ve been experimenting with this too — the easiest way I found is to use internal clock for looping if you want tight sync without relying on external MIDI. If you do need MIDI clock, make sure the latency settings are dialed in; otherwise your loops can drift pretty fast. For most quick jams, internal timing keeps things way cleaner.
