As you can hear, the octaver’s latency increases when it goes to lower notes.
Does it depend on my computer? But RAM and cpu were quite ok (below 50%).
Maybe it was an extreme patch, but just to figure out how the boundaries and the way to break them 
Not sure the specifics of that particular plugin, but as a rule, it takes longer to detect lower notes because the waves take longer, so its quite common that low notes have longer latency. Often pitch shifting is a tradeoff between latency and quality. Most octave pedals have dedicated chips to detect and shift frequencies with hardware rather than software.
