I received my ModDwarf.
I thank all the team and the designers of Mod Devices for this achievement.
The Dwarf does not have an on / off switch.
Could plugging in and unplugging through the electrical outlet damage the device?

I own a Mod Duo since a few years now. It does not have a switch either and I never had any issue plugging and unplugging.
A suggestion would be to install an “Inline” switch on the A/C cable that goes to the power supply.
No. The On/off switch was a design decision. Don’t worry, you will not damage the device by unplugging the cable 
(if that would happen the switch would be there)
