CV Macro - Turn one thing on, turn another thing off

Hi

I’d like to do a mute in the tiny volume control (turn ON a mute) but at the same time turn OFF the ALO looper.

Currently the setup is as follows

With the looper setup as follows:

And the tinygain mute, like this

However, what happens is that currently - this turns ON the looper but mutes (turns ON the mute) of the tiny volume (and vice versa). But what I would like is that it turns ON the looper and OFF the mute, and conversely, OFF the looper and ON the mute.

Is there any kind of way this might be possible?

Thanks

Steve

You can place a CV plugin after the “control to cv” output that inverts the signal (or in technical terms, multiplies all values by -1)

Hi Steve.

I took the liberty to change the category of your question to a more descritive one. I hope You don´t mind.

Just in case anyone else needs to do this

Here are the two CV plugins
both with the CV ports “Reset” and “Unmuter” created
Here’s the Control to CV

Here’s the “Attenuverter” which inverts the polarity of the control voltage

Here is how the alo looper is set up to receive the uninverted cv

Here is how the tinygain is set up to receive the inverted cv

Thank you. Something like this, for example, should be in the wiki because it shows the infinite possibilities of the device.

You are absolutely right. As you probably checked on the survey we are planning to tackle this.
Also, I’ve been pushing and working a bit to improve the learning section in the website. This will make it also to the list that I created
