CPU friendly pedalboards for the MOD DUO

This pedalboard is promising…
The clean channel of the Veja Titan plugin sounds really good and it’s EQ responds really good.
As of now with 128 buffer size the CPU is fluctuating between 70 to 71%

Hi @rogeriocouto

Is there a reason why you keep Input 1 connected?

Hi @gianfranco

No reason at all!!! That is a pure and simple mistake.
I was just trying out the Veja Titan and it sounded so cool that I goot eager to share the result and didn’t notice that.
Thanks for pointing that out!
Just shared a new one with a little twist! :sunglasses:

This is as far as I can go with the MOD DUO.
If I add anything else the DUO spikes on the CPU usage and I get X-runs.

I´m starting to think of the MOD DUO as a more specialised unit.
Running fewer plugins to achieve specific sounds with the DUO placed in a larger chain of effects seems to be the way to go since I really like the CPU hungry simulators and reverbs.
As of now I have the DUO as the last unit and I run only a OD and two pedal boosters in front of it.
Here it´s my setup:

Hello guys.
Today I tested a simple pedalboard for a good clean sound and it is CPU friendly for the DUO.

Cheers

You should investigate by spotting the cpu consuming plugin. Remove 1 plugin at time from the chain. Make sure to not break the chain when a plugin is removed.

Hello @Gabry_Stick

After you identify the plugin that is the culprit just replace it with a similar plugin and check the CPU usage again.
Share your pedalboard here so we can take a look at it.
