I finally found the explanation, I’m posting the image in case it might be useful to others, thanks.
If I remember correctly, you can do that on the Dwarf itself. If you go to your snapshot list, scroll to the snapshot you want to move, press and hold the knob, then turn it to move the snap where you want it. Repeat for every snap you want to move. When done, save the pedalboard on the Dwarf.
I think I asked this same question when I received my Dwarf and from memory it wasn’t possible which is a huge bummer. With this, some other quirks and the noise issue, I’ve hardly touched it unfortunately.
Hopefully I’m wrong though and they fixed it but it didn’t sound like they were going to.
Yes, in fact, it’s a big problem for me as it doesn’t allow me to have the sounds in sequence based on the songs to be played. I’m not a programmer but I don’t think it’s difficult to add a function that allows you to change the sequence of snapshots once created. I don’t understand what the point of writing here is if none of the MOD team takes care of our needs.
I don’t understand which knob you’re talking about, the knobs are to be assigned to a specific function that escapes me from your description.
@rdomain and @Loris_Donatelli, @AndreasL is actually correct.
Although we don’t have it documented anywhere (which I should fix in the next few days), you can reorganize the snapshots on the MOD Dwarf directly. You just can’t on the MOD WebGUI.
I’m actually not sure when that was implemented, but likely with the 1.13.
I will most likely add it to the MOD Dwarf User Guide
EDIT: actually I just fixed it: MOD Dwarf User Guide - MOD Wiki
I’m sure it’s on the list of feature requests, but if not, it would be really helpful to do this from the web interface.
Yes, indeed.
Yet, as far as I remember, that requires a bit more work, since, for example, stuff like drag and drop is not really implemented on the WebGUI. Making a bit of a wild guess, I would say that is one of the main constraints for the WebGUI at the moment.
