Change pedalboard via controlchain

hi, I am thinking about the arduino controller I’ll build, and I have a little question.

Is there anyway to send MIDI program change (or any other way to switch between pedalboards of current bank) via the controlchain RJ45 port ?
Or must I enter in the midi or USB port of the mod duo to do that ?

Not yet, but in a future version of Control Chain it must be possible to switch between pedalboards.
