This is a companion discussion topic for the original entry at https://pedalboards.moddevices.com/pedalboards/57b7338a2564d447c21a07c3
I love that first tone! Which brings up an interesting question: if I download this pedalboard, how will I know which settings it will be on, or how to change it to the tone I liked? I know the player and the guitar are HUGE factors in tone, but it would be a little frustrating to be looking for the first tone and get the last. Maybe a more experienced guitar player wouldn’t have any trouble getting the tone they want, but I would.
Hi @ssj71
That is a good one
We don’t log the changes - yet - so there is no way to know if the musician changed some parameter between the moment he saved the pedalboard and the moment he is recording for sharing.
In the near future we will have again a feature we already had with the MOD Quadra which is to render a video of the pedalboard while the musician is recording the share sample. In this way we display the controls in the correct positions and viewers can know if there was some parameter being changed.
This is specially important for Bypasses, Switchboxes and the Expession Pedal
There is sooooo much to be done
Cool! I wonder if it could do a variable frame rate so it only takes captures when something has changed. That it it doesn’t take a long time to upload when you have a slow connection.
Anyway, seems you guys have thought of everything!
