Can't authenticate Mod Cloud?

Hey, it seems the Plugin Store has stopped working for me. This is a new development since it was working just fine up until today.

I get a “Can’t authenticate with cloud to access plugin store”.

Is it a server-side issue or has something gone bad in my Mod Dwarf?

Hi,
I just received a mod dwarf and tried to connect with the cloud to find new plugins and pedalboards… it seems that the cloud store is not accessible.
Is this just me or is it still down?

Got my dwarf today and cannot connect to the cloud (“failed to connect to the mod cloud”). Shouldn’t this be working again?

In the browser log I see this:

POST https://api.moddevices.com/v2/devices/tokens [HTTP/2 401 Unauthorized 115ms]

Do I need some credentials or what am I missing?

please get in touch with support at support@mod.audio and give details about your unit, specially the serial number.
