The categories overflow off the right of the viewport and cannot be accessed. For example spectral & utiliities are missing here:

Well yes, but ideally you’ll be responsive to suite any window size / resolution. You do have the nic zoom for the main work area. Perhaps add scroll like the plugins?

The Surface SP4 is 2736 x 1824 but also scaled the recommend 200% (so I guess half that res).
Given the small 12.3" screen size and my aging eyes I can’t really change that. I could add a monitor but then lose space and touch.
