Bluetooth GUI Blinking/Interface Problem

My setup is from the usb input I have a usb Hub, which connects the ff:

  1. a BT 4.0 dongle (works) and connects to a Samsung A9 tab.

  2. Komplete Kontrol M32 midi keyboard Midi CH 6

  3. Worlde EasyControl 9 Midi Control Surface which I converted to a fs controller CH 3

  4. usb back up stick

My GUI keeps blinking in Google Chrome, it gets messed up and hard to use, gets destroyed. Do you think the MIDI stuff is interrupting the BT signal? Or what?
I had no problem using the BT GUI before, this just happened after a month or so.

i tried clearing the browser history, no change
i tried using view as a desktop site on Chrome, nothing
