@falkTX
Can you also add the list of BT 5.0 included in the release?
I’ve an Asus and I’d like to test
if you can tell me the firmware filenames needed, I can make sure to include those.
or possibly just confirm the chipset (or is it not that simple?)
It is not that easy, normally the chipset specs are well hidden or not directly disclosed. The TP Link UB500 has a Realtek RTL8761B chipset, also shared by many other inexpensive BT USB dongles.
Well… I don’t know how to do it if you don’t descrive me!!
Actually it’s mounted on al PC… Can it help?
@falkTX … If it can help, I have downloaded from Asus site the Linux BT driver (to be compiled) for the USB-BT500 usb adapter.
I don’t have Linux on my PC but this is the short on release note:

==== BT UART CHIPS ====

The “rtl” (realtek) ones are all enabled so in theory the new/next 1.13 build should work for you.
And in any case we can easily add more later on as we find more missing firmware.
Yes. In Device Manager on Windows, you can access the Properties, and on the Details tab you can see the Hardware IDs , which will identify the chipset used by your Asus device
meanwhile i purchased a Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter. This Adapter works. I can connect via Android and via Windows. But i cannot reach 192.168.50.1 … nowhere always get an “Network unreachable” error …
Now my Android sais “turn on teathering on MOD Dwarf” …
Hi @ChrissRea
Did you turn off mobile-data and/or wifi ?
(if you stay connected to internet with wifi or LTE Android keep searching the IP 192.168.50.1 on the web)
meanwhile i soplved the Problems via console commands for manage Bluetooth.
Hello @ChrissRea,
how did You do that?
It would be nice to show what you have done, it might be helpful for other community members, too.
Greetings and God bless, Marius
