My B and C buttons work independently, but stopped working together, so I can’t change patches unless connected to my computer. Is there a software fix for this? Hoping it is not a faulty hardware relay somewhere. Please advise.
Hello @SPeckman, I’m sorry to learn that you are facing issues with your MOD Dwarf.
If both footswitches are working alone perfectly, I see no hardware reason for them to not work together.
How are you pushing them? Have you tried with your hand/fingers?
Also, do you have the USB B port connected to the computer and the WebGUI open?

Actually, upon closer inspection, Foot-switch C is not working at all…I initially thought it was.
Perhaps that introduces a new set of troubleshooting possibilities and more possible that it is a hardware issue? Please advise - Again, I appreciate the response!
Ok…so that may already be a hardware issue (and in general makes more sense).
Do you have some DIY skills? Would you be able to replace the footswitch on your own? Or would you prefer to send the device to us and we do it (it may take us some time)?

Yes, I believe that hardware is the case…I don’t have the DIY skills, but am already talking to people to find out who can do that locally in New Jersey for me. Is there anything unusual about this particular momentary switch or the manner in which it is wired/soldered? Please advise - thanks again, João! Steve
