I finally buckled down and figured out how to model a pedal and here is my first model. It is of an overdrive pedal I actually built with a buddy of mine (we have a side amp/effects company), so it is a little meta to see something you made then simulated with AI. It actually sounds really close! It likes a bit more input but is quite loud for some reason, so I added 6dB input and -15dB output on the DSP plugin. Pedalboard is here and model is attached.
