Attack Delay like the Envelope section of a POG 2?

Attack me if you will (referential to the subject line), but I really can’t find an effect that can dealy the attack like my pog2 does.
Is there one?
Is there a way to Audio–> CV → ADSR this?
Is this even the correct category?

I don’t know the POG 2, but if I’m understanding correctly, this swell pedal could maybe do it?

I supose that he is thinking in something like the Attack/Decay pedal by EHX. The name describes exactly what it does :-p
