Users can request plugins and Developers can propose to make a new plugin.
Once a plugin is created, A SINGLE TOPIC is made for it and tagged “plugin”.
That topic is THE place for ALL discussion about that plugin including usage questions, bug reports and updates etc
If the plugin is in the Beta Store, the topic will be too, and there will be a block at the top of the topic displaying that the plugin is currently in beta as well as a list of things that need to be fixed or added for the plugin to be promoted to the Official store
