Sitar - The sympathetic resonance machine

hey @StefanD, @pilal, @brummer, @MondoJim and @Lipi

It would be great if you could share a couple more, both little videos or audio samples (@StefanD did it in his first post, but just with vocals), with your results using the plugin.

I guess that in a later stage, that could be somehow added to the plugin documentation or plugin info and help a bit with users’ understanding what they could achieve with the plugin.

What do you say?

I’m currently out on holidays so it will take a while but I would be happy to have an audio sample with bass clarinet up at some point by the end of summer, hopefully also with the required fixes to the code itself.

But I’d be super happy to hear other people’s experiments as well

Yes, I agree. I am planning a video that uses my first two plugins and will demonstrate the hardware as well for a different audience that may not know about the Dwarf and similar devices.

That sounds great! I’m curious to listen.

Exactly @MondoJim. Although I was specifically thinking about Sitar when I wrote my post, for your plugins, that also applies. In general, I feel that one of the biggest MOD needs is audio/video references. So we quickly understand what a plugin can do, even if we can’t yet achieve it. And in another perspective, understand if the plugin inspires us.

Would you be up to sharing some of your results using Sitar as well?

That would be fun. Just got to come up with something interesting to do besides noodle on guitar with OBS running in the background like I usually do!

That’s already valid.

Like everything, the more exciting are the results, I guess more engagement the plugin can get

In another side, I feel that’s a good way to take the community a step forward and inspire even more each other on a musical way
