not right now, but considering this is a very common request I think it needs attention.
We already added AIDA-X and NAM specific file types on the file manager, having one for Dexed would make sense.
The plugin would need some tweaks to support this though, but last I checked it had a few memory issues needing correcting too.

Although I think these knobs could be a lot cleaner and easier to read if they are replaced with something else.

The project is on GitHub - dcoredump/dexed.lv2: FM multi plaform/multi format plugin
So maybe try a discussion with them.
No one from the MOD team was involved on the creation of that GUI.
EDIT: it has been a long time so I forgot, @Codeman is the author of this port.
From what I understand that GUI was submitted by an interested user and accepted upstream, so my guess is that the author is welcome to more changes.
